Smoking Shields was established in 2015 to address the lack of a fraternal organization of law enforcement professionals who shared their passion of enjoying premium cigars and a desire to help our nation’s heroes.
The main purpose of Smoking Shields is to provide financial assistance to law enforcement officers and military personnel, to help them and their families, in a time of need.
Smoking Shields FL was established in 2017 and is comprised of members from all aspects of law enforcement in Tampa Bay. Our chapter is one of 10 chapters in the United States.

2025 SMOKER FUNDRAISER-TICKETS ARE AVAILABLE
We have 125 tickets for our 2025 Smoker Fundraiser available for sale. Tickets are $30.00 each. This gets you three (3) premium cigars at the door, a raffle ticket for door prizes, lunch, and entry into a drawing for a large smart TV.
Do not hesitate, as this event sells out every year.
Tickets will be available at the January and February meetings. If you cannot make it to one of those meetings and would like to buy tickets, please email smoking.shieldsfl@gmail.com and request and electronic invoice to pay for the tickets.
Your Board of Directors has voted to add the status of Life Member to 7 members of Smoking Shields FL. Each of these members has a love for law enforcement and military personnel. They have made a huge impact to our organization by supporting us through donations, their time and of course some of them opened up their "homes" to us. Thank you all for what you have done to help grow Smoking Shields FL.
